I hear you there, And you're right, this site is a goldmine of information. I do find the language barrier a bit of an obstacle, mostly because of sentence structure, but it can be deciphered. I've looked for a long time for a forum devoted to homemade tracked vehicles and just recently stubbled onto this one. I've found more info here in 3 months than in the previous 3 years! hahaArcticFox писал(а):Truth be told Cody its worse here in the States. So far I have only put in $500 USD into my half-track mudbogger and only expect another $200 USD. That's about $700 USD, that's usually how much my friends pay for a set of used combine tires. When you don't have money you have to be resourceful, which is the main reason I admire this site!
Ah, I see what you mean now. Yes we are privileged to be local to a vast assortment of hardware, hydraulics for example. And i do intend to take full advantage of that resource. Personally I'd like to equip my track machine with an hydraulical propellor for water travel, also to run 3 point attachments (i.e medium size tractor snowblower)mmcl200 писал(а): Shipping in Russia and shiping for Canada very different cost...![]()
